We would like to give my compliment to your company’s designer, Ms. Rachael Chau, who was responsible for the order numbered 012-502655 / 012-502656.

We were fully satisfied with the order of furniture from Centro. What marked it a success was largely the support from your designer, Ms. Rachael Chau. Every communication with her was a pleasing one, from the very first telephone conversation to the subsequent face-to face contacts to finalize the furniture to be ordered. Each time, she was able to listen attentively, explain clearly her proposed designs and revise wherever necessary to our delight. In between, the numerous Whatapp chats helped us much in coming down to what we aspired to. Rachael always responded readily, without any delay. Her versatility and efficiency were highly commendable.

Apart from the acclaimed professional expertise, Rachael’s work ethics and positive attitude were praiseworthy. Despite the burdensome workload and multiple changes, she was polite, patient and comforting all the time, trying to meet our every need and soothe us upon hiccups. By all means, she was responsible and helpful, acting as a coordinator, for example, to liaise with the department concerned for the change of our exhaust fan, and as an advisor, for example, on the colour tone of our apartment. We must tender our utmost appreciation to her effort and wisdom, which contribute to our comfortable home.

Rachael is an asset to Centro. I have no hesitation to recommend her to my friends and relatives should they need quality furniture and service.
